At the end of the session on September 30, 2022, the market capitalization of the shares of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded a slight increase a drop of 3.244 billion CFA francs.

The market capitalization of the BRVM shares market stood at 6180.537 billion FCFA compared with 6183.781 billion FCFA the day before. On the other hand, the bond market increased by 14.615 billion FCFA, to 8493.842 billion FCFA against 8479.227 billion FCFA on September 29, 2022. For its part, the total value of transactions amounted to 1.684 billion FCFA compared with 2.363 billion FCFA the day before.

As for the clues, the situation is mixed. The BRVM composite index (general stock market index) fell slightly by 0.05% to 205.32 points from 205.43 points the day before and the BRVM 10 index (index of the 10 leading stocks) rose by 0.46% to 163.61 points compared with 162.86 points the day before.

The Flop 5 of the biggest price declines was occupied by the shares Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.14% to 845 FCFA), SOLIBRA Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.68% to 106,755 FCFA), respectively, BOA Burkina Faso (minus 3.68% at 5,100 FCFA), BOA Senegal (minus 3.40% at 2,415 FCFA) and Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.73% at 2,140 FCFA). While the Top 5 is occupied by Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5.50% to 7,100 FCFA), Total Senegal (plus 5.48% to 2,405 FCFA), Oragroup Togo (plus 4.83% to 3,800 FCFA), Palm Siem Côte d'Ivoire (plus 4.71% to 10,995 FCFA) and BOA Niger (plus 3.87% to 6,850 FCFA) .
