The BVMT has just published the evolution of the results of companies listed during the first half of 2025. The overall half-year result for the first half of 2025, of the 62 listed companies with published their half-year financial statements, showing an increase of 9.3% by compared to the same period in 2024, to reach an amount of 1,600 MD against 1,464 MD.

Of the 75 listed companies, 62 met the deadlines of publication of their financial statements, representing 83% of listed companies. Thirteen companies, including AETECH, AIR LIQUIDE, ALKIMIA, OFFICE PLAST, TGH, SANIMED, SIAME, SIPHAT, SIPHAT, SOMOCER, SOMOCER, SOTEMAIL, STIP, TUNISAIR and UADH, do not have Their results have not yet been announced.

The overall result of the companies that published was 1,600 million dinars against 1,464 million in the first half of 2024, i.e. increase of 9.3%. Overall, 57 companies posted profits while 5 recorded losses, compared to 7 the previous year. 34 companies show an improvement in their results compared to the same period of 2024.

The companies that make up Tunindex20 contributed significantly by 79% to the overall result, up by 8.6% to reach 1,262 million of dinars.

In this basket of values, the BIAT recorded an increase of 12% with a profit of 246 million dinars. The BNA increased by 16.8% at 155 million while the STB posted a jump of 54.5% to 22.3 million. TO Conversely, ATB fell by 79.3% to 2.6 million and Délice Holding recorded a down 23.4% with a profit of 44.8 million. Among the strongest progressions, SOTUVER almost doubles its result with 97.7%, City Cars jumps by 70.7% and Euro-Cycles by 37.5%.

The financial sector, which includes 29 companies, grew by 7.1% to reach 1,070 million dinars. Listed banks release a cumulative result of 886 million, up 6.6%, while insurance jumped 22.2% to 102 million. Leasing increased by 5.8% to 54 million. The consumer services sector recorded the strongest growth with +60.6%. Large retailers are going green again with a result of 1.2 million compared to a loss of 11.9 million a year earlier. Les listed car dealerships (excluding UADH) see their profits grow from 36.2% to 84 million.
