During an interview, Shachindra Nath, founder and managing director of Ugro Capital announced that the company should finally finalize the acquisition of Profectus Capital by the end of the month, an operation that will immediately add 3,000 crore rupees to its assets and will allow the company to exceed its asset target under management of 15,000 crore rupees.
