Vincent Mwepu, national president of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (Asar) in the DRC indicated that insurance companies must also extend the coverage of their products throughout the country, “using digital technology as a working tool to offer accessible and adapted products to all categories of the population & raquo;. According to him, the first ten years allowed them to dare a flourishing economy and to project the years to come with greater maturity

The president of Asar invited insurance companies to set up the bodies provided for in the Insurance Code whose value is not negligible in “our economic environment” such as the automobile guarantee fund to guarantee the public interest in the event of a car accident whose perpetrators are unknown or not insured.
