On the occasion of the widespread media coverage of the so-called Moroccogate scandal, it should be recalled that corruption was widely practised by Morocco in Africa and the African Union. This scandal shook the European Parliament.

Ambassadors, ministers, civil society figures and presidents received money and gifts to gain their support for Moroccan goals in Africa. This was in order to prevent the African Union from intervening in the UN-led peace process in Western Sahara. This intervention was for Rabat, an initiative of the African Commission under the chairmanship of Dlamini Zuma. Morocco has succeeded in recruiting Zuma's chief of staff, Jean-Baptiste, a dirty cop from Burkina Faso. Note that the country is part of the French-led nebula known as Françafrica, of which the Kingdom of Morocco is the main stronghold.

Rabat obtained confidential documents from the African Commission, thanks to its recruit. Among its documents is a letter sent by Ambassador Yilma Tadesse, the representative of the African Union to MINURSO, to Dlamini Zuma, regarding the publication of a Moroccan media on the former President of Mozambique, Joachim Chissano.
