Is this preventive measure issued by the Togolese government the best for the protection of the Togolese population against Covid 19? Or simply insufficient?

To answer this question, we will try to show the state of health of the Togolese people (children, young people, adults and the elderly) before Covid-19. The health of the Togolese people is going very badly, it is more than in a mediocre state. Death does not hesitate to strike whatever the disease. The people are heading straight for death as conditions are increasingly inhumane in most health centres and hospitals.

The quality of patient care and the quality of drinking water are considered gulag territory in 2020. In the health field, Togo occupies the last place in West Africa. There is no will of successive governments to improve the state of health of the Togolese people or the effort of governments is insignificant because the health of Togolese is not a priority in their eyes.

In 2014 a shopkeeper noticed the development of a goiter, which with the support of the family she decided to consult the doctors and wanted the doctors to remove the goiter from her throat by surgery. The family had spent a huge fortune especially in the analyses which are estimated at several hundred thousand FCFA. The doctors in charge of doing the surgery demanded another amount that was high but the patient's family had sacrificed themselves to raise the amount to be paid.

Three days before the operation, the patient died in a hospital in Lomé for lack of blood in her body. How did this happen? Why could these doctors who ordered the tests and the health centers, clinics or hospitals that did these analyzes not find that the patient did not have enough blood?

They had to temporarily stop the collection and prescribe medication to the patient in order to bring the blood back to a normal level. These doctors who, despite everything, continued to ask for tests.

The poor lady died leaving behind four children. Who is responsible for the death of this lady? to doctors? in the hospital and analysis laboratories? Or to successive governments?

The death of the poor lady confirms the state of health in Togo and the number of people who continue to lose loved ones and acquaintances due to the lack of adequate care, hygiene and complete insalubrity in Togo. Medical bodies continue to demand better working tools. Hospital beds are old and from another century, and one wonders why this almost total disinterest of leaders in improving the health system of their peoples? What happened?

Is it lack of competence or contempt? What can be the cause of such a situation? We raise questions but not an appropriate answer. And the role of the Togolese opposition seeking to take power is almost non-existent like the government itself. The people are forgotten, left to their own devices, heading towards the death programmed by the government and the majority of the opposition. We can deduce that the slogan of the majority of the opposition used is "to serve the people and not to serve themselves".

AIDS has killed more than 90 million people in sub-Saharan Africa and continues to this day. Did the famous African presidents once ask the question why this number of deaths only in Africa? Compare it to other continents to find out how this happened? Some African presidents are increasingly concerned about their presidential chairs, practicing a kind of slavery. Slaves have no rights.

After more than 30 years Professor Jean Luc Montagne during a television show where he was invited recommended how to treat the AIDS patient. What he recommended is very simple. Why do some governments in African countries spend money to pay for medicines that some European countries contribute 75% to help fight diseases but ultimately take them away through purchased medicines?

Why do some countries not want to try to understand what is happening or they think that it is only the opposition that will die? It is sometimes very difficult to understand the reasoning and management of some African governments. If the problems persist after 60 years of independence, should this allow us to question their actions? Is Africa truly independent? What happens in Africa can never happen in another continent. Mr. Lee a very great Korean engineer said " There are dictators in Asia as well as in Africa but the only difference between the two is that the Asian dictator loves his country and his people. The African dictator no... Perhaps African dictators are not looking for evolution for their countries.

Coronavirus tests at the borders of Togo and other West African countries

The coronavirus has been around since the 60s. This has been under control for decades. In the meantime, there have been other diseases that have appeared, such as , Ebola, AIDS, the Africane bee, (made in a laboratory in Sao Paolo in Brazil), this laboratory belonged to the West. The African Bee is really very deadly, because if it stings you die, it has a much higher resistance capacity than the natural bee and killed them very quickly. The West uses them in the countries they want as a means of destabilization.

Ebola does not come from Africa, it was created in a laboratory, a Western university. Only a few years ago, this virus raged in West and Central Africa and continues to rage in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Why have these African countries not sought to know more about this disease? Why this sudden appearance? What is at the root of this apparition? What disease(s) did the vaccinated people suffer from? What was their condition before and after the vaccine . Has there been a follow-up of vaccinated people?. A government that cares about its people must do or order a serious analysis in two or three laboratories, compare the results before recommending the vaccine to its people.

Today's coronavirus gives worries to everyone, Professor Montagne said according to him this coronavirus may be due to genetic manipulation. Similarly, Dr. Alexandra Henrion-Caude of the French Institute of Health and Medical Research Inserm Unit of Genetics and Epigenetics of Neurometabolic Diseases and Congenital Anomalies went further by criticizing the treatment by isolation. Yes! We had to act quickly to be the first on the market with billions in profits. The frantic race for profit is incompatible with the constraints of scientific research. And let's not talk about morality or ethics!!!

3) He says, perhaps the most serious, and that the pharmaceutical industry is careful not to report, is that vaccines are CONTRAINDICATED in contaminated subjects (= phenomenon of viral interference and amplification). It turns out that a large number of people have been infected with the coronavirus without having any visible signs of the disease. These are the "healthy carriers". Indeed it must be remembered that this virus is not very dangerous but very contagious. So by blindly vaccinating the population in such a case, we would endanger all those people who have been infected without knowing it.

How in the past has the World Health Organization (WHO) responded to pandemics?

The New York Times published an article in 2007 titled "Faith in Rapid Test Leads to an Epidemic That Wasn't." The newspaper explains how the same PCR tests currently used for COVID-19 misdiagnosed more than 100 health workers in New Hampshire and rang the bell for a pertussis outbreak that turned out to be just the common cold.

According to the New York Times, PCR tests were never designed to detect a specific virus, and yet they are used today to detect COVID-19. The Center for Disease and Control, (CDC) admits that the PCR test will detect any viral infection like COVID-19, including the common cold.

The New York Times demonstrates that the CDC's current covid-19 data shows the same falsification we've seen so far. Just as the CDC falsely counted pneumonia deaths as flu deaths in the past, they now count pneumonia and the flu as COVID-19. This is clearly stated in the CDC's own data. In conjunction with the New York Times at the end of March, after the shutdown began in the United States, the number of deaths from the flu fell to zero, just as COVID deaths began to rise.

And when questioned, they claimed that the old rule had never existed.

In 2005, Dr. Peter Doshi published an article titled "Do the numbers of flu deaths in the United States have more public relations than science? Dr. Doshi relying on CDC data. More than $18 billion has been misallocated to this fake pandemic.

In 2001, according to CDC's own data, there were more deaths caused by pneumonia than by the flu. The Flu Protection Act required the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct public flu awareness campaigns before each flu season. Sales of the flu vaccine began to skyrocket, bringing in billions of dollars to manufacturers.

The Heads of State of West Africa and The Coronavirus.

The Heads of State of West Africa have collectively decided to have travellers who return to and leave their countries tested. This is a good thing, but have these heads of state taken into account the recent Tanzanian experience? According to Tanzania news, Tanzanian President John Magufuli, has ordered coronavirus test kits. The government randomly obtained several non-human samples, including a papaya, a goat and a sheep, but had given them human names and ages.

These samples tested positive for COVID-19, the Tanzanian President said and added that it was likely that some people would test positive when in fact they were not infected with the coronavirus." commented, "Something is happening." I have said before that we should not accept that any aid is supposed to be good for this nation," Magufuli said, adding that the kits should be investigated.

Are West African heads of state aware of Tanzania's bitter experience? If so, what security measures are being taken to prevent this case from happening again? If these security measures are taken by the government, can the government communicate them and reassure their populations? In France, during the 80s, the tainted blood affair marked the republic and continues to be because innocent children, youth, women and men died through the contaminated blood.

This decision to impose the traveller test must begin in severely affected countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Iran, the United Kingdom, the USA, etc. Of course there are a few cases in Africa, but compared to other countries, Africa is less affected. If the WHO (World Health Organization) gives kits to Africans to do tests and accompany them, the WHO has the report. What kills in Africa is the lack of hygiene, lack of drinking water, corruption, the diversion of the last public, tribalism, etc. are the wounds that wreak havoc among the populations much more than the coronavirus. If WHO wants to help Africa reduce the ills mentioned above, Africa will be more grateful.

We note that the WHO is actively interested in the countries less affected in this case those of Africa to make vaccine tests on humans especially African men, moreover is the least affected continent in the world. We are not against vaccines but before inoculating it in a body there must be extensive studies and do clinical tests, on animals, study their reactions and side effects before considering any trial on humans. How can you make a vaccine in three to six months start giving it to people? AIDS has killed more than 90 million sub-Saharan Africans and continues to this day.

As we mentioned at the beginning, Professor Montagne 30 years after discovering the AIDS virus advised the simplest and easiest treatment when you discovered that you are HIV-positive. Why give a drug supposedly treat the disease but do the opposite. This is not the fault of the pharmaceutical industry but earlier of some leaders who do not have the love to develop their countries but rather a way to use against the protesting populations see some opponents.

In reality, where are the HIV-positive patients who have taken these drugs now? Sub-Saharan Africa has lost more than 90 million lives and no leader has asked questions or sought to understand. Who will do this work for them? For them, to govern is to subdue the population, to treat them as slaves. Yet to govern is to foresee, who we will govern tomorrow when the people are neglected and abandoned.

Heads of government, ministers, deputies, directors of state companies, senior officers of the country, opposition leaders, their wives and children must be the first to do the tests and vaccines before the people.

Some countries of the West, cities where there are a large number of foreigners where Africans of origin reside, sales of mineral waters, drinks, tobaccos, liqueurs etc., do not have the same contents that are sold in other neighborhoods and especially chic neighborhoods although the bottles are the same my. The only difference is to analyze and compare them. What we are talking about is happening in the West. They fight to defend their interests first. The majority of African leaders do nothing. They are "elected" presidents but the governments they put in place do not respect the people and they know that these presidents are unpopular and power-hungry.

Again in which country were these kits manufactured? Who did the tests on these kits and how it was done. It is unthinkable that sixty years after their independence, African leaders, especially from French-speaking Africa, and their tailor-made oppositions, are enemies: progress, the well-being of their populations. How can the enemies of progress make their people happy by working for the people? Africa's obstacle to evolving and shining is its leaders. They have become presidents for life and corrupt. The national army has become a national government militia in the service of the clan, the only difference is that a real national army does not kill the population it is supposed to protect and defend.

The management of African leaders, especially French-speaking, in public affairs is based on clientelism and not on competence. They know whether election or not they will remain in the power. It is not up to the people to decide but rather the power-hungry by force, brutality, massacring their own populations sometimes even killing. Who arms, supervises and advises these militias? With the Coronavirus and conditions, those responsible for the death of their peoples have not thought of building hospitals, health centers in their countries. With the conditions of entry into European and foreign countries become more and more difficult. They will be forced to seek treatment within their countries that they have neglected.

Coronavirus is one more evil. People are suffering, unemployment is very high and people are dying for simple headaches. By the way, what is the role of governments in a country?
