The promoter, Aminatou Bagoudou, distinguished many times, says she is very motivated to increase her production and go beyond her monthly turnover of about three million FCFA.

The team led by the World Bank's External Affairs Officer for Benin and Togo met with Aminatou Bagoudou, Founder and Managing Director of Al Fani Sarl, as part of a discovery and exchange mission that the Bank initiated for the benefit of young Beninese people. Dressed in lab gowns and safety slippers, the employees were very busy. You can see two large basins well filled with pineapple, freshly cut and ready to grind. The clean, tiled space was occupied by various appliances and facilities, gas bottles and fruit juice bottles. We can mention the pasteurizer with a capacity of 400 liters, which makes 20 cartons of 24 bottles of 33 Cl.

In fact, Aminatou Bagoudou, is one of the most prominent women entrepreneurs in Benin, a West African country. With a long experience and its dazzling success in the sector, it has chained subsidies and distinctions to expand its fresh fruit juice production plant in the south of the country, more precisely in Cotonou. Fruits such as pineapple, baobab, mango, ginger, tamarind... are transformed by the factory into natural juice. Al Fani, meaning "absolute happiness", produces a variety of sugar-free juices except baobab which receives a little added sugar.
