Apple announced on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 the update to the most significant pricing feature on the App Store since its launch.

Developers will have new pricing tools and 700 additional pricing levels to make it easier to set prices on the App Store based on countries and regions. Indeed, as of Wednesday, pricing improvements have been available for apps offering auto-renewing subscriptions, and as of spring 2023 for other apps and in-app purchases.

Thus, all developers will benefit from flexibility and control over the pricing of their products across 175 windows and in 45 currencies. For their part, developers of subscribed apps will be able to manage currencies and taxes more easily by choosing a local storefront to automatically manage prices for the 174 windows and 44 remaining currencies.
