A press release from the Cargo Manager of Teyliom LOGISTICS announced that Mariama Siré Diaby has been found guilty of breach of trust after embezzling several hundred million.

Following a complaint made by one of the agents of the Cargo Manager Group subsidiary, the case was brought by Teyliom to the MBOUR High Court on 20 December last. Indeed, Diaby had set up a vast embezzlement operation concealed by destroying evidence with the help of several internal and external accomplices. The High Court of Mbour , issued its verdict on January 24, 2023, after the investigations carried out with the support of the Gendarmerie du Fret followed by a month of hearing debates.

Guilty of the offence of breach of trust, she was ordered to pay damages as compensation for the harm.
