West (BCEAO).
According to the services of the Issuing Institute during this period, prices fell for cashew nuts (-58.3%), cotton (-19.6%) and coffee (-14. 4%). On the other hand, prices are on the rise for gold (+35.1%), rubber (+20.8%) and cocoa (+19.9%).
Regarding the main food products imported by WAEMU countries, their prices rose at an annual rate, by 8.7% in January 2020.
