On Monday, during a meeting with businessmen and professional associations, the governor of Luanda, Manuel Homem, denounced the existence of businessmen who are trying to bribe the state authorities, with a view to interrupting the process of reorganizing trade.

Manuel Homem said that he recently received a box containing money, but did not disclose its value or who was involved in the case. However, the governor recognized that there are good businessmen, after pointing out that some work in precarious conditions and with non-conformities subject to correction

Manuel Homem also informed that the doors of the Luanda Provincial Governorate are open to complaints about the behavior of government agents who do not facilitate the process or who accept the practice of corruption.
