The High Authority for Audiovisual and Communication (HAAC) signed, on Wednesday 21 June 2023 at its headquarters in Cotonou, an agreement with the MOOV AFRICA mobile communication network as well as with ISOCEL.

The audiovisual content distribution agreement has been signed with the HAAC to allow MOOV AFRICA BENIN subscribers to access audiovisual content in addition to other mobile communication services. “Through these agreements, these two companies will distribute audiovisual content to their subscribers,” said Rémi Prosper Moretti,

The content supply agreement signed between MOOV AFRICA BENIN and the HAAC is the result of a long two-year process. A “difficult” process certainly “but very enriching”, according to the Director General of MOOV AFRICA.
