Conakry Terminal, is pleased to announce the acquisition of two handling extensions to complete its logistics infrastructure. Put into service since June 17, 2023, this new equipment, with a lifting capacity of 50 tons each, strengthens the efficiency of the operations carried out by the company.

Valued at 1.154 billion Guinean francs (€122,735), these handling enhancements will serve to facilitate the handling of goods of various sizes that regularly arrive at the port of Conakry and to optimize the terminal's load capacity, while ensuring safe handling of goods. This equipment will also allow Conakry Terminal to increase productivity in loading and unloading goods, thus reducing waiting times

This investment is part of the partnership between Conakry Terminal and the Autonomous Port of Conakry, to boost and modernize Guinea's port activities, support the expansion of the container terminal and support the training of Guinean talent in jobs in the sector.
