Gold prices have fallen by more than 1% since the start of the week. They slipped to their lowest level since July 11 during the last session. At 04:12 GMT, U.S. gold futures rose 0.1% to $1,970.30, while spot gold was little changed at $1,935.07
per ounce.In addition, palladium fell 0.9% to $1,247.76. Spot silver fell 0.2% to $23.51 per ounce and platinum remained stable at $914.17
