Le Togo signe un accord avec la Compagnie Asky aerial on Monday, August 21, 2023. This is a new chapter that is opening for this company with the entry of the Togolese State into its capital, up to 14.39%.

The Togolese State has injected some 6 billion CFA francs into the community company Asky, to acquire 600,000 shares in the group. Sani Yaya, Togolese Minister of Finance, indicated that he is fully convinced that this acquisition of 6 billion CFA francs, or 14.39% of ASKY's share capital by the State, will undoubtedly contribute to the financial and operational consolidation of this airline, to which the Head of State and the Government pay the greatest attention

According to the Togolese government adviser, the “acquisition of a stake in ASKY's capital is therefore more than a simple financial investment. For the State, this is a strategic investment in view of its policy of integrating the sub-region and opening up our country to the rest of the world.”
