Loïc Tchoffo is accused of two charges, by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Crédit Communautaire d'Afrique (CCA). He is accused of breach of trust, forgery and the use of forgery in public writing.

Loïc Tchoffo, an employee of Crédit Communautaire d'Afrique in 2019, is accused of embezzling prepaid fuel consumption cards (Tom cards) worth nearly 12 million and also counterfeiting these cards.
