For the 2022 financial year, the shareholders of the Société de Distribution d'Eau de Côte d'Ivoire (SODECI) will receive a global annual dividend of 4.050 billion FCFA on September 15, 2023. The information is made public by the managers of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) where this company is listed.

At the end of the year under review, SODECI had achieved a net profit of 4.805 billion FCFA, an increase of 10.40% compared to the 2021 financial year. Compared to the 9 million shares of the share capital, the 4.050 billion FCFA corresponds to a net dividend per share of 540 FCFA compared to 432 FCFA in 2021. Investors have until Tuesday, September 12, 2023, to acquire SODECI shares in order to benefit from this dividend. Then, according to BRVM officials, this stock will trade ex-dividend starting on Wednesday, October 13, 2023. After this deadline, all pending stock orders in the trading system will be cancelled
