Consolidated Energy Service Chamber Ghana (CESCGHA) is a merger of the Ghana Oil and Gas Service Providers Association (GOGSPA) and the Upstream Petroleum Service Providers Association (UPSAG) that was inaugurated in Accra.

CESCGHA is inaugurated to serve as a spokesperson for oil and gas service providers in the upstream oil and gas industry to strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses in the country's energy sector. It will also promote the interests of members in Africa and in the global energy space. According to Nuertey Adzeman, President of the CESCGHA, the chamber was created to create a favorable environment to nourish and promote the development of the sector in the country
