Chitose BIO EVOLUTION PTE. LTD has successfully completed the issuance of new shares for a total of $21 million. This program was concluded through an allocation to third parties with, Shiseido Company, Limited , "serif"">NGK INSULATORS, LTD . , Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co. Ltd ., Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha.Ltd. , Amano Enzyme Inc., Mers Line Pte. Ltd., Ikeda Tohka Industries Co., Ltd. and SHINSHO CORPORATION.

$21 million in raised funds will be used to research and develop product applications to accelerate MATSURI, the project to build a microalgae-based industry to replace the petroleum industry, and the expansion of the microalgae production facility. CHITOSE will thus contribute to the achievement of zero carbon emissions and work with other partners for a prosperous future that will last more than a thousand years
