Le mercredi 20 septembre dernier, Complete Farmer announced the debt and equity raising of $10.4 million in pre-Series A financing to amplify the impact and reach of Complete Farmer.

Complete Farmer is a Ghanaian agricultural startup that provides inputs, and market opportunities to Ghanaian farmers. It plans to improve its infrastructure and access new African markets, thanks to equity and debt funds mobilized from 8 regional and international investors. To this end, the funds raised will be used to fund Agritech's expansion plans, facilitate the expansion of its operations, and further improve its technological infrastructure

According to investor Alitheia Capital who co-led Complete Farmer's equity capital raising with Acumen Resilient Agriculture Fund (ARAF), “Complete Farmer aims to expand its operations nationally and enter new African countries. This will allow the company to reach more farmers [...] to forge strategic partnerships with key players in the agriculture and technology sectors, and to build a great team for the next phase of growth the company is planning.”
