Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire is offering a syndicated financing offer of a total of 100.5 billion FCFA, or USD 150 million, to support Endeavour Mining in its project to build its new Lafigué mine in Côte d'Ivoire.

Endeavour Mining is a leading mining group in gold production in West Africa. A credit agreement was signed on July 28, 2023 between Société des Mines de Lafigué, of which Endeavour Mining is the majority shareholder (80%), as Borrower, Ecobank Development Corporation as Arranger, Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire as Credit Agent, Banque Teneuse Accounts and Security Agents and banks and financial institutions (Banque Atlantique de Côte d'Ivoire, United Bank of Africa Côte d'Ivoire, Orabank Côte d'Ivoire and Bridge Bank Côte d'Ivoire). The funding granted is for a period of 5 years, with a deferral period of 12 years.
