The Togolese Minister for Maritime Economy, Fisheries and Coastal Protection, Kokou Edem Tengue chaired the work of the third meeting of the Subcommittee of the Naval Chiefs of Staff of the Economic Community of West African States (Cé ; déao) which opened last Sunday, October 13.
