At the end of the trading session on Monday, October 16, 2023, the three flagship indices of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) continued their upward trend that began on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

The BRVM 30 index (index of the 30 most traded stocks on the market), increased by 0.24% to 106.11 points compared to 105.86 points previously. The BRVM C index (the general stock market index) thus increased by 0.22% to 211.13 points compared to 210.66 points the day before. And the weakest increase was due to the BRVM Prestige index (index grouping all the values listed on the Prestige compartment) with 0.07% at 102.24 points compared to 102.17 points

the day before.

The stock market capitalization of the bond market fell by 7.106 billion, to 10189.981 billion FCFA compared to 10 197.087 billion FCFA on October 13, 2023. But that of the stock market increased by 17.667 billion FCFA, from 7837.054 billion FCFA the day before to 7854.721 billion FCFA on Monday, October 16, 2023. The total value of transactions is falling. It stands at 584.944 million compared to 587.609 million

the day before.

The Flop 5 of the largest price declines is occupied by Unilever Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.66% to 5,000 FCFA), BOA Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.13% to 6,895 FCFA), Tractafric Motors Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.79% to 2,750 FCFA), BOA Niger (minus 1.60%) at 4,600 FCFA) and Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.34% at 735 FCFA). And the Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.28% to 1,105 FCFA), CFAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.24% to 815 FCFA), Sicable Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.79% to 1,180 FCFA), BOA Mali (plus 6.03% to 1,495 FCFA) and BOA Senegal (plus 5.78% to

3,295 FCFA).
