Jersey Oil & Gas shares rose on the morning of Friday, November 17, 2023, by 12% to 213.86 pence per unit in London.

Since Friday, Jersey Oil and Neo Energy, another full-cycle operator in the North Sea on the British continental shelf, have executed agreements to buy the ship. Jersey Oil & Gas PLC said it had agreed to acquire the Western Isles floating production, storage and unloading vessel with its other Buchan field partners.
