Côte d'Ivoire has just obtained 4390 billion CFA francs from the World Bank to support more than 36 projects.

The World Bank has provided Côte d'Ivoire with one of the largest funds in the region. The Director of Operations for the World Bank for Côte d'Ivoire, Togo, Benin and Guinea, Marie-Chantal Uwanyiligira, at the end of her audience on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, with Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé in Abidjan, announced the allocation of 7.3 billion dollars, or just over 4,390 billion CFA francs, to Côte d'Ivoire to finance more than 36 projects

“We are undoubtedly convinced that Côte d'Ivoire is a partner of choice for the World Bank. These are not just words, but the program we have here, which is worth 7.3 billion dollars, or more than 4.390 billion CFA francs, is one of the largest in the region and justifies that you are a partner of choice,” said Marie-Chantal Uwanyiligira.
