Un communiqué de presse de de la African Development Bank (AfDB) mentions that the banking institution has signed three technical assistance agreements in the form of grants with Libya.

The three AfDB agreements with Libya were signed in Tripoli on 21 November last year on the first day of the consultation mission of a high-level AfDB delegation led by Malinne Blomberg, Deputy Director General for the North Africa Region and Country Office Manager for Libya. The bank's donation to the country will be used to buy and supply essential items such as washing and hygiene kits and to provide emergency equipment for temporary learning spaces and rehabilitated classrooms. The three parties to the agreement agreed to quickly make the funds available to the most affected people, especially women and children.
