Le PHASAOC is part of the objective of harmonizing and improving the country's statistics. Specifically, the objective is structured around four major components. In fact, it involves the harmonization and production of basic statistics in accordance with international standards, support for the modernization of statistics, institutional reforms..., support for the modernization of physical infrastructures, management, monitoring and evaluation of the project.
