The signing of the memorandum of understanding that was signed in Morocco in Casablanca took place as a prelude to the inauguration of the PTN, which is under construction in Diamniadio. The two partners signed the agreement “in a logic of strengthening the strong friendly and commercial relationships uniting the Senegalese and Moroccan peoples”.
