GIZ is launching a regional call for tenders for the recruitment of a firm to conceptualize a National Digital Observatory in Togo.

The recruitment initiative is part of the ProDigit project, which aims to catalyze the digital transformation of the Togolese economy. The call for tenders targets companies from Togo or based in Africa, that comply with current fiscal and administrative regulations, and that are not subject to any administrative or legal sanctions. Before applying, you will have to demonstrate three convincing experiences in the field, validated by certificates of good execution, including collaborations with an international organization and two other partnerships with NGOs or regional or state entities.
