The World Youth Forum is scheduled to take place on 4 and 5 April 2024. These activities are part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD)

On Tuesday, December 19, a working session was held between the Minister of State in charge of Development and Coordination of Government Action, Abdoulaye Bio Tchané, and the Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations and Director Ex& eacute; Deputy Head of Programs of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Dr. Diéné Kéita, in order to make the organization a success. This meeting resulted in the signing of a memorandum.

According to Abdoulaye Bio Tchané, “the World Youth Forum is part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD). And it would be an honor for Benin to host such an event. This forum is perfectly in line with the national foundations on population growth that the Government of Benin plans to organize
