The Ivorian Head of State referred, despite regional and international challenges, to the achievements of the year 2023. Indeed, over the past year, there was the launch of the Government Youth Program (2023-2025) with an investment of 361 billion CFA francs (603 million $) for 2023. This program has impacted over one million young men and women through various initiatives. Also, major projects such as the construction of 14 technical and professional establishments and the opening of the University of Bondoukou were also mentioned were carried out according to the speech of the president

For the year that has just begun, the Head of State indicated that as far as the outlook is concerned, economic growth should reach 7%, despite global economic challenges, said the Head of State. According to him, the country continues to “benefit from the confidence of bilateral and multilateral development partners, and especially from the private sector, which continues to invest in the national economy”.
