The 2023 edition of the “100 who are transforming Africa” ranking allowed 15 deals to be named out of 100, including the BOAD DOLI-P project, which focused specifically on the securitization of BOAD's claims.

The deal transaction for the year was conducted in early May 2023 by BOAD Securitization for an amount of e 150 BILLION CFA FRANCS (XOF). Indeed, the BOAD DOLI-P project focused precisely on the securitization of BOAD's claims with the aim of optimizing the bank's balance sheet in order to increase its capacity to finance the economies of the UEMOA, without using its balance sheet. This project was chosen from 15 nominated deals
