The Directorate General of Taxes published a press release yesterday Thursday, January 4, 2024, stating that the 2024 fiscal annex will come into force as of Saturday, January 6 of the new year.

Ouattara Sié Abou , Director General of the State Financial Authority informed taxpayers about the fiscal appendix style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif "> > & agrave; Finance Law No. 2023-1000 of 18 December 2023 carrying the State's Budget style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"> of the State for the year 2024. It notes that the measures contained in the fiscal annex to the Finance Act take effect as of Saturday, January 06, 2024, in application of the legislation setting the methods of publication of laws and regulatory acts.
