Indeed, he indicated during the press conference held in a hotel complex in Abidjan-Plateau that “after three years of exercise, the execution rate is 95%. This result is quite encouraging even if there is still more work to be done to see citizens pay their taxes. Today, ECOWAS style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"> is in the process of setting up a whole system to support States, especially with the arrival of Ms. Massandjé Touré-litsé. who is responsible for this issue. We are happy that after two years of work with the At-Linpico agency and the Oecd, we have succeeded in having two community texts adopted by the heads of state.
