The Ghanaian Ministry of Finance announced on Friday, January 12, 2024, that the country has reached an agreement on the restructuring of 5.4 billion dollars in debts with its official creditors. The agreement was reached after several months of negotiations and paves the way for the disbursement by the IMF of a second loan installment of 600 million in favor of the West African country
