Public offering bonds includes three instalments A, B and C with different maturities, rates and amounts. Tranche A in the amount of 85 billion CFA francs at a maturity of 5 years with an interest rate of 6.25%. Tranche B, in the amount of 75 billion FCFA, has a maturity of 7 years with an interest rate of 6.45%. And bracket C, in the amount of 40 billion CFA francs, has a longer maturity of 10 years, with an interest rate of 6.65%
