In a notice published on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, the Nigerian financial services holding, Access Holdings announced that it had obtained the agreement in principle of the Central Bank of Nigeria to establish a consumer credit company.

The Nigerian financial services holding, Access Holdings has indicated that the new subsidiary will start operating in the Nigerian market after obtaining its operating license from the Central Bank. Through this new entity, the group listed on the Nigerian Exchange, Nigeria's main stock exchange, will strengthen its activities on the country's financial market
