Four commercial banks join forces to finance the Congolese government's debt to oil companies. These are EquityBCDC, FirstBank DRC, Ecobank DRC, and Standard Bank. In total, 120 million US dollars will be mobilized as part of a syndication action called 'Club

deal'.

This agreement is the result of a synergy between these 4 main banks as well as the Ministry of National Economy, the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and the Ministry of Finance.
