In Côte d'Ivoire, despite the difficult general context, the Orange Group returned to growth in its turnover and net income.

The Orange Côte d'Ivoire (OCI) Group ended 2023 with a growth of 9.5% in the IMF (Fixed, Mobile, Internet) and 13.0% in the Orange Money pool in 2023. This good operational performance allowed the OCI Group to end the year 2023 with a consolidated turnover of 1,016.5 billion CFA francs, up by 5.3% (5.6% Comparable Base). The OCI Group also benefited from a good recovery in Orange Money activities, and from an increase in fixed internet in line with the fiber deployment strategy

This turnover is also the result of a continuous investment policy aimed at improving the quality of service, improving the experience of our customers and popularizing access to fiber throughout the country. At the end of 2023, the Orange Côte d'Ivoire Group invested 130.5 billion FCFA (12.8% of turnover

In view of the company's results as at 31 December 2023, the Board of Directors proposes to the Ordinary General Meeting to distribute a gross dividend up by 3.6%, i.e. an amount of 130.6 billion CFA francs. Consequently, the gross dividend accruing to each share is 866.66 FCFA, i.e. a net dividend per share of 780 FCFA
