The Central Bank of Congo (BCC) indicated in a press release on Saturday, March 2, that it has set itself the objective of promoting innovation and financial inclusion in the DRC for a few days now.

In order to achieve its objective, the BCC authorized Multipay Congo to work as a provider of related services to help it stimulate the growth of the financial sector in the DRC. With this authorization, Multipay Congo will offer Congolese market players innovative solutions adapted to their needs, in terms of aggregation, acquisition, publishing and management of payment solutions, according to the Director of Multipay Congo, Olivier Bueno. The authorization of the BCC is an important step for Multipay Congo, which at the same time strengthens its capacity to offer innovative and secure services to players in the financial sector, and positions the company as a privileged partner of financial institutions, retailers and consumers, thus expanding its range of
