Zambia's bondholders accepted the restructuring plan proposed by the southern African country, nearly three and a half years after the default. The previous month, the latter had accepted an adjustment of their own claims, based in particular on a reduction in interest paid and an extension of the repayment period. And they believed that the terms offered to bondholders were much more favorable than the treatment that was given to them. There is one last step left for the Lusaka authorities.
