Short-term loan ratings have also changed in the same way, going from “C” to “B”. This change reflects renewed confidence in the country's economic stability and financial management. The upward revision is accompanied by a stable outlook, suggesting confidence in Cameroon's ability style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"> to maintain its economic position with no imminent risk of degradation.
