A report published by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on April 16 last year shows the ranking of economic powers in Africa.

Selon le FMI, Nigeria's gross domestic product is expected to reach 253 billion USD this year, based on current prices. Algeria's GDP is expected to be USD 267 billion. Egypt's will stand at 348 billion USD against 373 billion USD for South Africa
