L'United Bank for Africa UBA et la African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) have signed a partnership in order to support Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs over 3 years.

The partnership between UBA and ZLECAF is part of the dynamics of the Pan-African Bank, whose guideline is to catalyze the industrialization of Africa and stimulate intra-African trade to improve the socio-economic well-being of the continent and its inhabitants. The AfCFTA is part of this dynamic of improving access to finance and markets for SMEs in order to encourage their growth. UBA will provide financial services in four main areas, namely food and beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, and transportation and logistics.
