The press release from the Ministry of Finance indicates that “the government, through the Ministry of Finance, mobilized 25 million USD, or 68 billion Congolese francs, thanks to the issuance of Treasury bills on the financial market, 25 million USD, or 68 billion Congolese francs, or 68 billion Congolese francs at the exchange rate of 2,750 FC, the American dollar”. This financial operation was carried out for a maturity of a total of six months, of which one bidder was served and will be reimbursed no later than October 29, 2024, with a coverage rate of the tendered amount of 83.33%,
