At the 2024 annual meetings of the IDB Group in Riyadh, the Islamic Investment and Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SIACE) sealed a partnership with the signing of an insurance policy against non-compliance with sovereign financial obligations (NHFSO).

The insurance agreement was formalized by the signatures of the CEO of SIACE, Oussama Kaissi, and Irina Dudkina, head of structuring at ; Deutsche Bank. NHFSO facilitated a financing of 161.4 million euros from Deutsche Bank for the Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, represented by its Ministry of Economy and Finance. From this funding, the aim will be to build new general and regional hospitals in the cities of Kong and Odienné, thus considerably strengthening the infrastructure of the health system in Côte d'Ivoire
