This performance represents a significant increase of 17% compared to the same period last year. This remarkable growth concerns both foreign tourists, whose arrivals increased by 15%, and Moroccans residing abroad (MRE), registering an improvement of 20%. Over the first four months of the year, Morocco welcomed 4.6 million visitors, an increase of 14% compared to the same period in 2023

Foreign tourists were a key driver of this growth, accounting for 56% of total arrivals, about 340,000 additional visitors compared to the previous year.
