According to the Ivorian Minister of Economy, Planning and Development, Nialé Kaba, after three years of implementing the CCDD, progress has been made thanks to the joint efforts of the Government and the United Nations. She indicated that halfway through the implementation of the CCDD, the resources mobilized from 2021 to 2023 amount to 289 billion CFA francs out of 396 billion CFA francs planned until 2025, or 73% of the planned total. According to him, this funding allowed to support targeted Government programs including the Government Youth Programme (PJ-Gouv) and the Government Social Programme (
PS-Gouv).noted that the CCDD contributes to the successful implementation of sectoral strategies and to the acceleration of the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, in order to sustainably improve the well-being of populations.
