The 3rd edition of the Digital Entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence Fair (SENIA) will be held on May 16 and 17 at the Cotonou Convention Center.

The 2024 edition of SENIA is under the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Digital Entrepreneurship, the Convergence of Possibilities”. The event is intended to be a meeting for the general public that brings together actors in artificial intelligence. It will also be a melting pot of information on technological advances in artificial intelligence in order to promote innovations in the digital field and encourage digital entrepreneurship in Benin

During the activities, there will be a public conference on Artificial Intelligence and participation in the Hackathon. According to Djabirou Amadou, deputy director of the minister's office, the Hackathon is focused on three of the national languages, including ““Yoruba, Dendi and Fon. The aim of the Hackathon is to get us to develop applications that will allow us to do dubbing and translations. To do this, artificial intelligence allows us to reduce digital divides.
