Société de Garantie du Gabon (SGG) announced the signing of a portfolio guarantee agreement with the Union Gabonaise de Banque (UGB).

L'accord entre la SGG et l' UGB est destiné à renforcer financial support for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), as well as Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Gabon. This initiative, subject to the prudential framework established by the Central African Banking Commission (COBAC), aims to promote the economic growth of Gabon by facilitating access to financing for local businesses.
